ProSonica grants, and the customer accepts a free of charge non exclusive license with respect to Sound Recordings as follows:-

i - The customer agrees not to reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile the Sound Recordings or to use the Sound Recordings in any way to design or develop a competing product.

ii - The Sound Recording is not to be loaned, copied, or given away. The license cannot be transferred to another company or individual.

iii - The sound recording cannot be resold as an element of an unauthorised product, or redistributed for profit.

iv - The sound recordings are only to be used in conjunction with multimedia and website productions. They are not to be used on projects of any other medium (eg radio, tv, commercials, feature films etc). If you do wish to use them within projects other than multimedia or websites please contact ProSonica.

v - The customer and end user acquires only the right to use the sound recordings, and does not acquire the right of any ownership, title, interest or copyright, which at all times remain the property of ProSonica.

vi - ProSonica retains the right to resell the sound recording to other companies on the same non exclusive license basis.

Video Production

By downloading a sound recording from the ProSonica website for use in a video production, you are accepting a limited license and are agreeing to the following terms and conditions -

i - The limited license granted allows you to use the sound or sample in a video production context only. Sound recordings are not to be used for broadcasting purposes (ie radio, tv, commercials, feature films etc). If you do wish to use the sound recording for any other purpose other than for a video production please contact ProSonica.

ii - The limited license provided extends to one video production per purchase only, if you wish to use the same sound recording on another production you must obtain a separate license by purchasing it again from the ProSonica website.

iii - The Sound Recording is not to be sold, loaned, copied, or given away. The license cannot be transferred to another company or individual.

iv -The customer and end user acquires only the right to use the sound recordings, and does not acquire the right of any ownership, title, interest or copyright, which at all times remain the property of ProSonica.

v - Sound recordings are only to be used on video runs of 50 or less, if you wish to use a sound recording for a video run of greater than 50, please contact ProSonica to obtain the correct license.
