How do I buy sounds?

If you like the sound of something, simply add it to your shopping cart as you browse the site. You will be able to review and remove items from the cart if necessary before proceeding to the checkout to make payment.
The shopping cart page will also give you a breakdown of product prices, and allow you to preview your sounds again. Once satisfied, press the checkout button (you must have signed up for a free account with us and be logged in to do this).
Once at the checkout, press the continue button, and you'll be redirected to our secure ordering system, where you safely enter your card details.
Once we receive payment, You can download your products immediately.

All single loops are priced at $5.00 each Multipacks offer increased value with a price of 5 loops for $15.00
All Build-packs have been priced in the same way, each loop is $3.00,
so a Build-pack made up of 3 loops will be $9.00, and one of 5 loops will be $15.00.

Sound recordings purchased on ProSonica.com can be used on limitless projects, so long as they are multimedia or website based.

ProSonica grants, and the customer accepts a free of charge non exclusive license with respect to Sound Recordings as follows:-

i - The customer agrees not to reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile the Sound Recordings or to use the Sound Recordings in any way to design or develop a competing product.

ii - The Sound Recording is not to be loaned, copied, or given away. The license cannot be transferred to another company or individual.

iii - The sound recording cannot be resold as an element of an unauthorised product, or redistributed for profit.

iv - The sound recordings are only to be used in conjunction with multimedia and website productions. They are not to be used on projects of any other medium (eg radio, tv, commercials, feature films etc). If you do wish to use them within projects other than multimedia or websites please contact ProSonica.

v - The customer and end user acquires only the right to use the sound recordings, and does not acquire the right of any ownership, title, interest or copyright, which at all times remain the property of ProSonica

vi - ProSonica retains the right to resell the sound recording to other companies on the same non exclusive license basis

ProSonica.com aim to provide a quality service to our customers and we want you to be completely satisfied with the sounds you purchase.
We offer a 14 day refund policy (less irretrievable transaction processing fees approx $4) from the date of your purchase.
If you want a refund for your sounds please contact refunds@prosonica.com stating why you wish to be refunded. You will be required to delete all instances of the paid for sounds from any PC or storage device.
This refund policy forms part of your terms & conditions and is in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.
